Easy Pumpkin Walnut Cookies

1 1/2 cups pure pumpkin (unseasoned canned, mashed or pureed)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup fresh, unsalted crushed English Walnuts (do not substitute black walnut or butternut)
1/2 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
- Preheat oven: 350F
- Mix ingredients together in bowl.
- Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 15-20 cookies
